Scott A. Begeman
January 17, 1961 -
December 26, 2015

Scott A. Begeman, age 54, of Kenosha died unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, December 26, 2015.
Born in Mexico, MO on January 17, 1961, he was the son of Larry Joe Begeman and Linda Lea “Tootie” (Beabout) Begeman.
In 2008, he met Jackie (Malsack) LeBoeuf while playing his favorite online card game, Canasta. He moved from Columbia, MO to Kenosha in 2009 and on July 9, 2011, in Hermann, MO, Scott and Jackie were united in marriage.
For the past 6 years, Scott spent his early mornings delivering newspapers for the Kenosha News which he very much enjoyed.
He had a great love for cars and was an amazing auto mechanic. There wasn’t an auto part he didn’t know. Scott could also fix just about anything, he had a real “MacGyver” quality about him.
Scott had a great passion for the St. Louis Cardinals and was an avid NHRA Drag Racing fan. He also enjoyed watching the History Channel and Jeopardy.
Scott will always be remembered by his wife, Jackie; his father, Joe (Kate Martin) Begeman; his two children from his first marriage, Charles Begeman and Tasha Begeman Schuetz; his three step-children, Miranda, Chase and Brady Leboeuf; his two sisters, Rena (Randy) Thurman and Shelly (Arthur) Hoffmann; four grandchildren, Carter, Mason, Braxton, and Tripp and many loving nieces and nephews.
Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Tootie; a nephew, Austin Thurman; and a son-in-law, Brian Schuetz.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to John H. for carrying the message of hope to Scott and for showing him “there is a way” and also to The Kenosha Firefighters for their valiant effort to save Scott.
