April 1, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Marydona Fabiano, who left us on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the age of 65. She was born on February 17, 1961, to Donald and Phyllis (Reuter) Zolper in Aurora IL. Marydona was a 1979 graduate of Tremper High School. She was a vibrant spirit who lived to show her love.
On April 8, 1989, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Dominic Fabiano. Together, they shared 36 beautiful years of marriage, creating a life rich in love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Marydona touched the lives of all who knew her with her warmth and generosity. Her kindness and compassion were evident in her constant care for others-always offering a listening ear, a comforting embrace, or a kind word. Her laughter was contagious, and her presence could brighten any room. She found great joy in her grandchildren, cherished listening to Stevie Nicks, and lovingly cared for stray cats.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and loyal friend. She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, Dominic Fabiano Sr.; her children, Sara (Kurt) Schrader, Samantha Fabiano, Dominic (Sarah) Fabiano Jr., her grandchildren, Evelyn Fabiano, Liem Fabiano and Nikolai Fabiano; her mother, Phyllis Zolper; her siblings, Michael (Debrah) Zolper, Timothy Zolper, Julie Zolper and all of her grand fur babies.

April 7, 2026For Marydona, my gypsy. Many years we shared good times and bad, with too many amazing memories to mention. Though eventually life circumstances lead us apart, you will always remain in my heart. I'm praying for peace and healing for Dominic, Sara, Samamtha, Dominic Jr. and my second family, the Zolpers, who all remain in my heart.
