August 18, 2025

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Martha L. Mock, who passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025, at the age of 91. Born in Bedford, Pennsylvania on February 18, 1934, to the late Richard and Irene (Bingham) Morgart. She was a 1952 graduate of Bedford High School. Martha enriched the lives of those around her with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit.
On February 7, 1953, she was united in marriage to Roy Mock. She was a member of Northport Baptist Church and was employed as a salesclerk with Community Discount Center. She enjoyed bowling, camping, and most of all, her family.
While she cherished her many friends over the years, she was extremely proud of her family. Each member continues as her legacy. She will forever be missed by her children, Tonya Finn and Kim (Mary) Mock; 4 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 9 great great-grandchildren.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
A Celebration of Life honoring Martha's life will be held at a later date.

August 22, 2025Dear Tonya and Kim, A big THANK YOU to cousin Ernie Crownover for finding this connection to you for us back here in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Aunt Martha's picture is her, to a T. Gorgeous, as always. You are blessed to have had our Aunt "Marthie" as your mom. Truly, we are saddened to learn of her passing. (Our mom made it to 90, too.) I remember times during my growing up years when many of the Morgart get togethers included lots of aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces, and lots of food and outdoor activities. I dearly loved two of our mom's sisters,Aunt Janet and Aunt Martha, for their funny conversations and love for all of us. Fred and I are praying for you during this time of loss and acceptance. Our God is faithful. In case you do not discover my message to you, I will send a card, also. Blessings, Cousin Patty Dentinger Timbrook
