Leroy F. Slowik
November 2, 1946 -
October 11, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Leroy F. Slowik, who passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026. He was born on November 2, 1946, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Frank and Mildred (Kostrzewa) Slowik. Leroy was a graduate of South Division High School.
On September 22, 2006, Leroy was united in marriage to Judyth W. Sexton, who spent many cherished years together.
Leroy dedicated 15 years of hard work to Accu Trailer and Truck Repair where he discovered a new passion behind the wheel of a semi-truck. Truck driving became more than just a career; it was something he took great pride in. One of his proudest accomplishments was receiving an award for driving one million miles accident-free, a testament to his dedication and experience on the road.
When he wasn't working, Leroy enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, including fishing, hunting, and visiting the casinos. Most of all, he enjoyed getting out, having fun, and making memories with family and friends.
Leroy is survived by his loving wife, Judy; his sisters, Christine Whittaker and Beverly Slowik; his nephew, Earl Slowik; his nieces, Denise Meyer and Dawn Winters; his great-nieces, Shyanne Slowik and Emily Frank; his stepson, Jimmy Sexton; and his son-in-law, Sean Genack.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mildred Slowik, and his stepdaughter, Julie Genack.
