Kristina A. Campbell
July 27, 1945 -
April 21, 2025

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Kristina Ann (Winberg) Campbell, who left this world peacefully on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the age of 79. She was a cherished grandmother, loving sister, devoted aunt, and most importantly a nurturing mother whose warmth touched the lives of everyone she met.
Born on July 27, 1945, in Kenosha, WI, Kristina was known for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family. She dedicated her life to raising her children and supporting her loved ones, always putting others before herself. Her laughter was infectious, and her spirit was unbreakable.
Kristina graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School in 1963 and married Thomas G. Campbell in 1973, but they divorced in 1983.
Kristina retired in 2008 after serving several years as a Dallas and Mavis Specialized Carriers payroll specialist.
Kristina never missed a Green Bay Packers game and cheered on the Chicago Cubs. She had a passion for crafts and was known to crochet baby blankets and afghans for friends and family, and she filled our lives with joy and inspiration. Her love language was gift giving, and she often presented her friends and family with jewelry from Avon or handcrafted ceramic Santas each Christmas. Whether through her unwavering support, her creative talents, or the lessons she imparted, she always found ways to make a lasting impact.
She is survived by her children, Jennifer (Alex) Hilgendorf, Thomas (Ashley Law) Campbell; granddaughter, Maya Hilgendorf; sister, Leslie (Richard) Coshun; stepsons, Brian (McKenzie) Campbell, Christopher (Lia) Campbell; step-grandchildren, Matthew (Katie) Campbell, Amanda Campbell, Elizabeth Campbell, Marcus Campbell; nephews, Richard (Kristine) Coshun and William (Tina) Winberg; nieces, Nicole Winberg and Jennifer Coshun who will carry on her legacy of love and compassion. Kristina was preceded in death by her brothers, William E. Winberg and Jerry K. Winberg; nephew, Robert J. Coshun, and parents, William and Delores Winberg.
We will forever hold Kristina in our hearts and cherish our shared memories. Her love will remain a guiding light in our lives.
