July 22, 2025In life, Karl was my brother and now, still, he IS my brother. He was undeniably a devout believer in his Catholic faith and now he stands in Truth. The brother I knew was an intelligent man, an honest man, a courageous man and a kind generous man. As life traveler he has found the Way. He searched for the good in this world and has found the Light. This I believe. Someday too I may KNOW. I love you big Brother, and if you can, leave a light on.

July 22, 2025Karl’s kind smile and quiet strength stay with me. He was a person who lifted others up and was there to help in troubled times. I loved watching his eyes light up as he talked with his family. He was deeply proud of his siblings and humble about his own accomplishments. Karl was a gentle man in every sense of the word. May the light he brought into the world live on in all who knew him.
