Dave OstrowskiI had the honor of serving with Pete when I was Chief of Police at UW-Parkside. I've known very few people whose good nature & willingness to be of service to others would even come close to Pete's character. He was a person of good humor & could take a joke as well as give it back when it was appropriate. But, when it was time to be serious, I could count on Pete to handle whatever tasks or duties were at hand. Pete, may you find peace & happiness now that you've gone 10-42 for the last time.
