Liz JohnsonI just learned of Connie's passing this afternoon and feel so sad that my friend is no longer with us and that the world lost a truly wonderful person. Our loss is Heaven's gain!! Randy Mueller expressed many of my thoughts and feelings as I was in the same program as Connie ~ that is where our friendship began. May she rest in peace and rejoice in the Lord <3
HEAVEN RECIEVED A TRUE ANGEL IN CONNIE. WE WHO ARE LEFT ON EARTH CAN ONLY WAIT TO SEE HER AGAIN IN THE LOVING ARMS OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS. THAT WILL REMOVE THIS TERRIBLE PAIN IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER AND WE ALL WILL BE TOGETHER WITH OUR LORD IN OUR PLACE IN HEAVEN THAT JESUS SAID HE WILL PREPARE FOR US. I WILL MISS CONNIE UNTIL I GET TO SEE HER AGAIN. MAY OUR LORD BLESS HER AND KEEP HER SAFE FOREVER AND EVER.

Randy MuellerConnie was a key part of our spirit in the Hotel/Hospitality Management program at Gateway Technical College. She had a natural energy that buoyed the people around her. The students and I sought out her approachable good nature and insight. Connie didn't limit her influence to our program alone, but worked for the good of the district. She represented Gateway by qualifying for and competing at the national level of DECA, a well-known academic marketing student organization. So much of what we came to know Connie to be was expressed well in the Kenosha News, where my wife Lisa and I were sad to learn of her passing.
