Betty J. Weinberger

Betty J. Weinberger, age 86 of Kenosha, passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Hospice Alliance’s Hospice House.
Born on April 5, 1932 in Pleasant Prairie, she was the youngest daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa (Staudenmeier) Ruhle, Sr. She attended local schools.
On September 18, 1954 at St. Therese Lisieux Catholic Church, she was united in marriage to Henry “Hank” Weinberger, Jr. Sadly, after 45 years of marriage, Henry passed away on May 21, 1999.
She was a faithful charter member of St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church and was a former member of the St. Therese Christian Mothers Society. For many years, Betty and her husband, Hank, worked the annual parish festival. Betty loved to bake! In addition to baking for the many different church functions, she loved to put her talent to use for any other occasion. Betty also sold tickets at the Lenten fish fries and sold SCRIP before and after Mass.
Betty was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and the Soup Kitchen at the Kenosha Shalom Center.
She enjoyed attending local sporting events with her husband, Hank. They attended fast pitch recreational softball games played by her family and friends back in the 1960’sand 1970’s. Having no children of their own, they also attended the recreational and school-related sporting events of her nephews and nieces. As they grew older, they faithfully followed the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers.
Betty will always be remembered by her brother, Eugene (Jennie) Ruhle; her brother-in-law, Bud Hillesland; her sisters-in-law, Opal Ruhle, Cleo Nedweski and Marie Weinberger; her special nieces and nephews; and many other loving relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Lydia Badham, Adolph Ruhle, Elizabeth Drah, Bertha Hillesland, Joseph Ruhle, Edna Pringle and George Ruhle; her brothers-in-law, Clyde Badham, Isador Drah and John Pringle; and her sisters-in-law, June Ruhle and Catherine Ruhle.
Service Info
Funeral services honoring Betty will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church, 2020 91st Street. Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum.

Emily E.Dear family, Im very sorry for your loss. Its very difficult to lose a love one so dear to the hearts. Please be assured that there is comfort in knowing that God has Miss Betty in His loving Memory. His words at Acts 24:15 shows that He will not forget her.

Please review these scriptures : John 5:28-29 “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.” Revelation 21:4 “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes,and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
