Veronica M. “Ronnie” Combs, age 75 of Kenosha, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Sheridan Medical Center.

A lifelong resident of Kenosha, she was born on August 7, 1942, and was the daughter of the late Joseph Lake and Blanche (Schumacher) Roloff.

On January 7, 1966, in Omaha, NE, she was united in marriage to Clifford Combs. He preceded her in death in 2003.

Ronnie was a 45 year member of the Mother of Twins Club. She enjoyed scrapbooking, playing bingo and traveling.

She is survived by her four children, Valeri Turner-Joss, Gregg (Betty) Turner, Jerremy Combs and Dallas Combs; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; her brother, Frank “J.R.” (Nita) Schonecheck; three sisters, Phyllis (Erv) Prust, Terry Kreutz and Patty Nelson; and many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Kelly; a daughter, Shannon; two brothers, John and Vince; and her sister, Debbie.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to nurse, Jan Strack at Sheridan Medical Center for the exceptional care she provided and to Allan Joss for his many special visits and time spent with Ronnie.
