Mabel Sue Bacus, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.

Born in Deering, MO on November 2, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Etta (Williams) Palmer. She was a graduate of Adrian High School and attended Gateway Technical College.

On July 4, 1959, Sue was united in marriage to Lehman R. Bacus in Adrian, MI. They were blessed with 61 years of marriage and two wonderful children.

She was a member of Church of Christ.

She was employed as a Secretary with Abbot Laboratories for over 20 years. She enjoyed traveling and spending quality time with her grandchildren.

Sue is survived by her loving husband, Lehman; her daughter, Diana (Tim) Leach and her children, Aaron (May) Bradshaw, Aimee (Benjamin) Barber and Adam Bradshaw; and her son, Jerry (Kelly) Bacus and their children Melissa, Leslie and Molly Bacus; and many great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
