December 11, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Barbara Ann Bullock, who left us peacefully on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on April 12, 1934, to the late Elmer and Norma Eddy. She was raised in Greendale, WI.
She was married in January 1983 to Richard (Dick) Bullock. They enjoyed a full and fruitful life together until his passing in November 2003.
In her younger years Barbara was a nurse. Later she earned a degree from Gateway and retired from Bullen Middle School as a Library Assistant.
Barbara was a member of the Southport Quilt Guild and greatly enjoyed baking, sewing, and gardening. She was a lover of all dogs, always keeping a supply of dog treats on hand. She spent many years at her and Dick's cabin on Buffalo Lake in Montello, WI.
Barbara was a devoted mother to her children, Douglas (Lisa) Stichert, David Huchthausen, Catherine (David) Pierce, and stepson, Jim (Carol) Bullock. She was a wonderful grandmother to her grandchildren, Donald (Samantha) Stichert, Stephanie (Caleb) Forsythe, Matthew (Robin) Pierce, Lauren (Michael) Tidwell, Celine Stichert (Gary Whisman), and Rebecca Stichert (Brent Weber); and great grandchildren, Cheyenne Mayfield, Adrianna Stichert, Adrian Stichert, and Catelyn Forsythe. Barbara, "Toots," was a beloved sister-in-law, to Maxine Eddy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Donald Stichert; and brothers, Richard "Dick" and Donald Eddy.
She embodied kindness and warmth, touching the lives of those around her with her genuine spirit and infectious laughter. Barbara will be remembered with fondness and joy by all who were blessed to have known her.
