It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Camerena, Jr., a beloved son, brother, "unkle," and friend, who left us far too soon on Monday, July 28, 2025, at the age of 44. Born in Chicago, IL on June 9, 1981, to Robert and Anita (Gonzales) Camarena. He was a graduate of Bradford High School. Robert brought warmth, kindness, laughter and was the sunshine to everyone he encountered.
Robb served as a dedicated member of the inventory control team at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital. His commitment and meticulousness were evident in every task he undertook, reflecting his strong work ethic and passion for creating a welcoming environment for all. He was not just a colleague; he was a loving caring dependable friend and a source of comfort and kindness in the workplace.
Robb lived for the Lord and did his best to give Him glory.
He leaves behind his parents, Robert (Anita) Camarena; sister, Sara (Jason) Brandes; niece, Jianna; nephew, Jasper, and many beloved cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Each of them carries a profound sense of loss, but they also hold onto treasured memories of laughter, love, and the countless moments shared with Robb.
Robb was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marie Magdelena Gonzales, Simone Cabrera, Juan (Maria G.) Camarena, and many aunts and uncles.
Robb will be deeply missed, and his spirit will live on in all the hearts of those who loved him. Robb’s presences love and kindness will forever be with us. Rest in peace with Jesus until we meet again.

August 7, 2025I truly enjoyed working with Robb at Froedtert South. He went out of his way to help out and I could always rely on him to keep the Emergency Department supplies available and ready for the next patient! He was kind to all his workers and a wonderful colleague. I miss him!

August 5, 2025Robert was a very good co-worker always willing to help . We would always exchange humorous anecdotes about life ..We would always laugh even on days when I didn't feel like it. I will miss his presence.
