Philip Kline “Phil” Woodley, III, age 23 of Kenosha died on Monday, February 16, 2015, at Froedert Hospital in Wauwatosa following a tragic accident.
A lifelong resident of Kenosha, he was born on March 23, 1991 and was the son of Philip Woodley, Jr. and Lisa Jantz. He attended local schools and was a graduate of Tremper High School. Phil was an accomplished runner, receiving medals in track and cross country for the Tremper Trojans.
Phil was a fluids technician working at the family business, Jantz Yard 4 Automotive for several years.
Phil had a strong faith. He had a kind and loving spirit, always trying to make people happy and resolving conflicts. Along with his love for running, he enjoyed shooting pool, golfing and bowling. Above all, he cherished the time playing with his sons.
He will be dearly missed and always loved by his sons, Brayden and Jaxson Woodley; his fiancé, Katlynn Widmar, his mother, Lisa ( Michael Wincek) Jantz; his father Philip (Jennifer) Woodley; his siblings, Cassandra, Chastity and Miranda Woodley, Sara, Michael and Daniel Wincek, Maria Mastronardi, Francesca Bell, Shawna Fountas and Amelia and Eathan Marchese. He is further survived by his maternal grandparents, Donna Jantz and “Butch (Carol) Jantz; nieces, Aubrey and Avah and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Philip K. Woodley, Sr. and Mary Jean Mastronardi.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave., Kenosha, WI. Interment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.

My mom wanted me to tell you were her top student at the boys and girls club in her knitting class! She will always remember you as Dr. Phil as you put in her phone by you before she left 4 years ago! Vince would love to be here for this and you already know this!
