Donna Darbutas WhiteTo Phyllis' beloved family..........A heroine for the elderly, disabled, ill, new and seasoned nurses has finished her last shift!!! Never shy about speaking up and getting what the patients and community needed, yes, she taught me well. I was young, not yet 20 when we met at the original St. Catherine's, she shared so many life and nursing lessons with me that I will carry in my heart forever. Flowers, yes, she shared those with me also, "get over to my house and lets divide them up" and we did, they bloom to this day or are when I get home Sunday from wintering in Florida. I will weep but put a smile on as I enjoy their beauty and memories of a wonderful, classy lady......So sorry for your loss, heaven has another Angel!!!

Terri GassertDear Gary and Roger, Jean and Marianne, I am so sad and will miss your mom, and my"Auntie Phyllis", deeply. She was like a second mom to me, always welcoming, always speaking her mind and always comforting. She was the best at listening, keeping secrets and advising when I asked and generous to perfection. She loved her husband and her family deeply, was filled with adventure and never passed up a chance to travel and find new experiences. Joe and I both send all of our love and wishing you peaceful hearts, and warm memories.
