Marilyn Meyer GriffithsTo the family of Marion, My thoughts are with all of you at this time at the passing of your mother, grandmother and dear friend to so many through the years. I came to know Marion in the early 50's when she was a teacher at Paris Consolidated in Kenosha Co. I had the privilege of being a student teacher from UW Whitewater (Whitewater State Teachers College at that time). I spent part of the day with Marion and the other part with Alice Soer. I am grateful for their guidance and dedication during those weeks. I knew Marion throughout the years as an outstanding educator and an inspiration to many young people to pursue the joys of teaching. I thought of her often throughout the 50 years of my teaching career. Peace, Marilyn Meyer Griffiths

Peggy Wolf WindmillerMarion was my mother's (Carol K Holloway Wolf - daughter of John Holloway) cousin. I always knew her as Mrs Middleton because she was my school teacher at Paris Elementary School in the 50's. She was always so kind. I remember enjoying family reunions because I would get to see her! She always cheerful and kind. My deepest sympathy to her family.
