Gregory R. Feivor
March 21, 1963 -
October 28, 2018

Gregory R. “Faevz” Feivor, 55, passed away peacefully alongside family members on Sunday, October 28, 2018.
He was born in Kenosha on March 21, 1963 to parents Fred Feivor and Linda (Green) Feivor. Greg married his best friend Diane (Wilcox) Feivor on September 12, 1987. He is survived by his parents, loving wife, his three children (Brandon, Brittney and Connor) and his brother David Feivor, wife Denise (Brenneman), nieces Jamie and Karli.
Greg graduated from Tremper High School in 1981 after winning back-to-back state championships for football in 1979 and 1980 seasons. He was a 1987 graduate of UW-Whitewater and became an insurance and investment advisor, but his real passion was sports. He returned to coach at Tremper football from 1988-89 and was a constant presence at his children’s athletic events. On the weekend, after his kids, it was the Packers and the Badgers.
Greg loved his family and lived to serve others. He was a regular volunteer at the Shalom Center and was a member of the Kenosha Kiwanis Breakfast Club. He was also the director of the Kiwanis City Softball Tournament from 1998-2018.
When he wasn’t helping others, Greg was fishing or working with his hands. Greg was always good for a laugh or a story. He was a loving and dedicated father, husband, son, brother and member of the community. He left this world far too soon, but touched the lives of so many and will be dearly missed.
A special thank you to Dr. Giuseppe Garretto, and his nurses at Aurora Hospital: Danielle, Jen & Marilynn. We are forever grateful to them.

Ron DaviesI had the privilege of coaching Greg in 1979 and 1980 on two State Championship Football Teams at Tremper. He was such a nice young man but tougher than nails. I had the greater privilege of working with Greg when he coached with us on the 1987-1989 football teams. What a wonderful, selfless, young man. He wanted to "give back" to Tremper for all that he had received. He worked very hard, was extremely knowledgeable, and had a great rapport with the kids. It was a pleasure working with him and I know he worked at least one season as a volunteer--working as hard and as many hours as everyone else but accepting no salary. Greg remained a good friend through the years. Last February he came to a small gathering of former players. It was a great time. He committed to coming in the future so we would see each other at least once a year. I will miss Greg and especially at those gatherings when I know he would have been there. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. What a life well lived for the benefit of others. God Bless You, Greg. Rest in peace knowing what an impact you made in this life. Ron Davies
