Fred RickerMy condolences to you Lee and your family on Les’ passing. He was a special guy who I enjoyed sharing sports stories with during our days at the Kenosha News. I wasn’t able to attend his wake, but Les would understand as I was at Lambeau. He was quite a guy and his personality will be missed by all he touched while with us. My prayers go out to all Ryshkus family.

Courtney MarescalcoLes was very special to me. I first met him as a client when I was a personal trainer. He was my client for About 6-7 years and quickly became a friend. He was remarkable. Everyone in our studio knew who he was and he was always friendly and kind. I’ll never forget how he trained for the push-walk-ride event. It was 1 mile long and he finished the entire thing. He worked for months to reach that goal. He helped with all our events from competitions to blood drives. He loved the expression “run when you can, walk if you need to, crawl if you must. Whatever you do, never give up”. I will miss him so much. My condolences to his family. He is truly an incredible human.

Ed SaloLes and I co-coached a women's softball team in the 80's. We had a great time, he was always so positive with a losing team. A nicer man would be hard to find. I hadn't seen him in many years, but he came to my wife's wake earlier this year. It was so nice of him.
