
Jean M. (Jones) Kastman

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jean M. (Jones) Kastman, who left us Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Aurora Medical Center Kenosha. She was born on September 20, 1931, to the late George and Helga (Petersen) Funk.
On June 4, 1948, she was united in marriage to George Jones. Sadly, he preceded her in death on August 26, 1991. She later married Paul Kastman in 2001. Paul preceded her in death in 2012.
She loved playing cards and bingo and was an avid fan of the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers.
Jean lived a life full of love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends. She was known for her kind-hearted nature, her infectious laughter, and her ability to make anyone feel welcome. Jean is survived by her children, Sandra (Jim) Blasius, Susan (Gene) Bushweiler, and Joanne (Danny) DeRose; 5 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and her sister, Georgia (Dom) Pillizzi. Her spirit will surely live on in the countless memories shared with those who knew her.
Per Jean’s wishes, funeral services were held privately.
