My Sympathy to Ruth's Family. I have so many wonderful memories of the Friends Club get togethers. Ruth was a kind, caring, beautiful woman. Faith, Family & Education was her life. I remember when she worked with Grandma Carolina Ruffolo to help her become a US Citizen when she turned 100 yrs old! May your memories bring you comfort and peace.

Thank you to our dear neighbor's mother, Mrs. Ruth Herrmann for her kindness and caring for so many people. Thank you for teaching English to my parents when they arrived in America 65 years ago. We should all strive to be the kind of person Mrs. Herrmann was and raised her family to be. Our sympathies to her entire family and many friends.

I remember Mrs. Herrmann from my working many years ago in the Adult Basic Education program sponsored by Gateway Technical Institute, under the late Ann Timm and Florence Wesselius. I remember Mrs. Herrmann as a kind, inspiring woman who worked tirelessly at the Adult Learning Center to help people learn English and to earn their GED, thereby helping them to help themselves and elevate their lives. Things are very different now than they were all those years ago. The world needs more people like Mrs. Herrmann. My sincere condolences to her family.
