Paul was a joy to see and speak to on a daily basis when I delivered the mail. He was always there to greet me either by the door or thru the front window. He will be greatly missed. So sorry for the family's precious loss.

He was a very caring, kind, polite and loving person, who will be remembered and missed. He was calm, and had a good sense of humor. We felt a connection and he will always be in our hearts. May the family be granted patience. Please accept our sincere and humble condolences for your loss.

Paul was one of my 31 great cousins and I always enjoyed being with him as he was well informed and had opinions to share that went deeper than the weather and the Cubs. Best of all,we shared saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ which means that our relationship will carry on through eternity. He was also the one who got me into my 50 yr. plumbing career starting with Kaelber P & H. His smile was for real and strongly reflected that of his dear mother. Thanks for the memories!

To the family of Paul Vedder, My condolences for the loss of your Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa. How precious it must have been to have a role model like him. No doubt many precious moments were spent with Dad, with his "four of a kind", and all the grandchildren. May your sweet memories offer you solace. Rita McKimmy

I never had the pleasure of meeting Paul Vedder, I would occasionally hear his name from my father Harvey Vedder who spoke fondly of him. I regret not meeting him here on the planet but trust it's not too late for the afterlife. What a wonderful write up about him, it was nice to hear he took great pride in his family. Someday I would like to meet his four daughters and hear their memories of him. I offer my condolences to the family and hope the warmth of his smile stays in your hearts forever. Keren
