It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sharon Katherine Davidson, age 84, who departed this life on Thursday, December 17, 2025. Born on December 3, 1941, in Chicago, IL, Sharon lived a full, vibrant life, dedicated to her family, friends, and her passions.
Sharon married James Davidson on March 8, 1985. They enjoyed 22 years of marriage until he passed in 2007.
Known for her creative spirit, Sharon collected angels and loved country music, particularly the soulful sounds of Elvis and Wynonna Judd. She was passionate about her knitting and crocheting group at Kenosha's Senior Center and Southwest Neighborhood Library, as well as painting and ceramics, often sharing her creations with loved ones. Her willingness to help others shone through her involvement with the Silver Sneakers program and as a devoted volunteer for the TOPS Club. Sharon enjoyed many joyful moments traveling with friends on bus trips organized by the senior center, cherishing the connections made along the way.
Sharon was a loving sister to her brother, Robert Janusz, a doting aunt to her nephews, Ron, Raymond, and Victor, and a proud grandmother to her grandchildren, Mandy, Jeffery, Victor Jr., Kayla, Madisyn, Skylar, Michael, Stephen, Jacquelyn, Cherylynn, Austin, Junior, Savanna and Jared. She also adored her great-grandchildren, Jacobb and Matthew. Sharon's family was the center of her world. She found immense joy in every moment spent with them.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Genevieve Janusz; her husband, James Davidson; her brother, Daniel Janusz; her sisters-in-law, Bonnie and Donna Janusz; and her stepson, James Davidson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org/).
In this time of loss, we remember Sharon not only for her gentle heart and artistic talent, but for her laughter, kindness, and love, which will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.

diciembre 19, 2025Sharon will be greatly missed. She has been a life-long friend to the entire Sofinowski Family. Her mom, Jean, and our mom, Adeline, developed a friendship in school and it continues their entire lives. As a result, our families were linked together and we spent many hours visiting. The conversations were always filled with laughter. May Sharon rest in peace.

diciembre 19, 2025Aunt Sharon, we will miss you so much. Thank you for all the love and memories. Not only for our family, my childhood ,but for my children as well. Your love and generosity traveled countless miles and even though we weren't officially "blood" , you were our family, you were blood , as we are all children of god. He created us and to him we shall return. I know you are surrounded by loved ones ,dear Uncle James and you are at peace. We will miss you here , but will all be together again, when the time comes. Love you Aunt Sharon. Always your kiddo ❤️
