Tracy A. Dinan, age 43 of Kenosha, died unexpectedly on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at her residence. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, she was born on December 8, 1973, and was the daughter of Beth Dinan and Daniel Cowick. Tracy was a graduate of Tremper High School. She was employed as an administrative assistant with the Wisconsin Job Center Tracy was a proud mother and she dedicated her life to her daughter, Nadia. She is survived by her mother, Beth Dinan; her father, Daniel Cowick; her beautiful daughter, Nadia Burnett; and numerous aunts, uncles and extended family. Tracy was preceded in death by her grandparents. | |
