Rachel R. Koerth, age 93, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Froedtert South- Kenosha Hospital. Born in Wayne, MI, she was the daughter of the late William and Rachel (Grandine) Howell. On November 17, 1945, she was united in marriage to Harold Koerth in Tipler, WI. They were blessed with three children and 58 years together; sadly Harold passed away on December 14, 2003. She worked several jobs over the years; including at a powder plant making bullets for the war and as a cook for the Casino Town House Restaurant which is no longer in business. Rachel was a loving wife and homemaker for her family; always keeping everyone fed with her great cooking. No one ever left her home hungry! She cheered for the Green Bay Packers, and was an avid crafter with knitting and crocheting. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Linda (Harold) Sikorsky, Patricia (Eugene) Welter and Rick (Evo) Koerth; grandchildren, Tina (Bryan) Wehr, Lisa (Drake) Nielson, Scott Sikorsky, Brian Welter, JoAnn Fish and Taylor and Max Koerth; great grandchildren, Cary, Ashley, Arilyn, Ziggy and Chloe, along with many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Harold; Rachel was preceded in death by her grandson, Michael Koerth and siblings, Lester Howell, John, Howell, Wesley Howell, William Howell, Sylvia Renberg and Nancy Decker.
