Margaret I. \u201cMarge\u201d Lewis, age 94 of Kenosha, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Brookside Care Center.<\/p>\n
Marge was born in Kenosha on February 15, 1921, the only daughter of the late Jacob and Mary (Sebena) Lulack.\u00a0 She attended Kenosha schools and was a 1939 graduate of Kenosha High School.<\/p>\n
She proudly served our country in the U.S. Coast Guard enlisting in 1944 and receiving her discharge in 1946.<\/p>\n
On May 26, 1951 at St. Anthony Catholic Church she was united in marriage to F. Ward Quinn.\u00a0 He preceded her in death on November 22, 1977.\u00a0 She married Dale R. Lewis Sr. at St. Anthony\u2019s on March 2, 1985.\u00a0 He preceded Marge in death on February 22, 2014.<\/p>\n
Marge was employed with Jockey International for over forty four years, retiring as an accounting clerk in July of 1983.<\/p>\n
She was a lifelong devoted member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, singing in the Choir at St. Anthony\u2019s and as a member of the St. Anthony Rosary Society.<\/p>\n
Marge was extremely active in her community serving actively with Somers David Leet American Legion Post # 552, the Kenosha Senior Citizens Center, Trinity Lutheran Seniors, the Friends of Hawthorn Hollow, the Kenosha County Historical Society, the Friends of the Museum, with which she and her husband traveled extensively, the WI Historical Slovak Society, and the Slovak \u2013 American Cultural Society of the Midwest.<\/p>\n
In her limited free time, she enjoyed crafting and was an avid Chicago Cub Fan.<\/p>\n
She is survived by her three step children, Virginia Sekulich, Mary De Loach, and Dale Lewis Jr.; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, a brother Dr. Jacob Lulack, and a niece, Barbara Lulack.<\/p>\n
In addition to Marge\u2019s parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by two brothers, William in 1987 and Rudolph in 2010.<\/p>\n

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 5100 \u2013 22nd Ave. Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
