Slagoski, Jr., age 100 of Kenosha, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at St. Joseph\u2019s Home.<\/p>\n<p>Born in Marathon County, Wausau, WI on October 6, 1915, he was the son of the late Frank J. and Mary (Wirtz) Slagoski, Sr.\u00a0 He moved to Kenosha in 1927.<\/p>\n<p>On July 17, 1937 he married Deloris Arnold at St. Frances Xavier in Brighton, WI.\u00a0 They had three children.<\/p>\n<p>He worked at AMC for 30 years and retired in 1975.<\/p>\n<p>He was a member of U.A.W. Local 72 and St. Anthony\u2019s Catholic Church.<\/p>\n<p>Frank and his wife of 60 years loved to travel and enjoyed being with all of their grandchildren. \u00a0He had a special name for all of them.\u00a0 The cookie jar was always full.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his children, Mary Jane (Bill) Neuhaus of Kenosha, Richard Slagoski of Kenosha, 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>He is further survived by his son-in-law, Wayne Meredith, sister-in-law, Pat Langendorf, and other relatives.<\/p>\n<p>He was preceded in death by his wife, Deloris, daughter, Cassandra (Sandy) Meredith, great granddaughter, Sierra Buchkowski, 6 sisters and 5 brothers.<\/p>\n<p><em>The family thanks the staff at St. Joseph Home for taking such good care of Frank and also thank you to Dr. Scott Feldy.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Informaci\u00f3n del servicio<\/h3>\n<p>Funeral Services honoring Frank\u2019s life will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave., Kenosha, WI.
