Robert A. Prudom, age 79, of Kenosha, passed away at his residence on Friday, October 21, 2016.<\/p>\n
Born in Negaunee, MI, on September 26, 1937, he was the son of the late Clarence and Lurona (Raymond) Prudom.<\/p>\n
He attended schools in Negaunee and on March 10, 1956, he was united in marriage to Mary E. Romback.\u00a0 They were blessed with four children and almost 30 years of marriage before she passed away in 1985.<\/p>\n
Bob began his career with American Motors Corp., working as a security guard for 10 years, as well as working for ARA Vending Services in Kenosha for 12 years.\u00a0 Bob left ARA to open his own business, Bob\u2019s Vending Service, which he owned and operated for over 10 years.\u00a0 He later established Regal Limousine and after selling that company, became the current co-owner and operator of Southport Transportation.<\/p>\n
Bob was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and was a former member of the Kenosha Lions Club, Elks Club, Danish Brotherhood and the Toastmasters.\u00a0 In his spare time, he enjoyed traveling, dinners out with friends and loved spending time with his family.<\/p>\n
He will be deeply missed by his four children, Theresa \u201cTeri\u201d Cohen, Kathryn \u201cKathy\u201d (Robin) Mueller, Lurona \u201cLori\u201d (Craig) Vaughn and Anthony \u201cTony\u201d Prudom.\u00a0 Bob is further survived by eight grandchildren, Nikki Naar, Stacie (Brad Berger) Thomas, Dana Thomas, Kristen, Kelsey and Katelyn Vaughn and Austin and Jacob Prudom and several nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Theodore \u201cTed\u201d Prudom.<\/p>\n
Funeral services celebrating Bob\u2019s life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720-39th Ave., Kenosha, WI. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
