Marion (nee: Hauser) Duczak, age 93, passed away at her residence on Thursday, February 1, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.<\/p>\n
Born in Kenosha on September 19, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Rose (Schiller) Hauser.\u00a0 She attended St. George School and was a 1941 graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School.<\/p>\n
On April 21, 1945 at St. Casimir Catholic Church, she was united in marriage to Chester Duczak.\u00a0 He preceded her in death on January 2, 1999.<\/p>\n
Marion was the Vice President of M.J. Duczak Furniture Company until it closed in 1986.\u00a0 In her younger years, Marion was employed by Hollywood Theater, Coopers and Bardens.<\/p>\n
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.\u00a0 Marion volunteered as the Treasurer of St. Catherine\u2019s coffee shop and was a member of St. Casimir\u2019s Women\u2019s Auxiliary.\u00a0 She supported Women\u2019s and Children\u2019s Horizons through the Kenosha Women\u2019s City Golf Tournament for over ten years.<\/p>\n
Her life will be remembered by her sons, Richard, Michael (Sue), Raymond (Kim) and Robert (Karen) Duczak; her daughters, Roseann (Ron) Ellis and Ellen (Tom) Bothe; seventeen grandchildren; and twenty eight great grandchildren.<\/p>\n
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Maggi Duczak; her sister, Doris Molinaro; a brother, Floyd Hauser; and daughter-in–law, Linda (nee:\u00a0 St. John) Duczak.<\/p>\n
Funeral Services honoring Marion\u2019s life will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter\u2019s Catholic Church, 2224 30th Avenue. Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
