Stephanie M. Montemurro, age 97 of Kenosha, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018, at Froedtert South \u2013 St. Catherine\u2019s Hospital Campus, with her loving family by her side.<\/p>\n
A lifelong resident of Kenosha, she was born on May 8, 1921, and was the daughter of the late Julius and Anna (Jakobi) Hodal.<\/p>\n
On March 27, 1938 in Valparaiso, IN, she was united in marriage to William Montemurro, Sr. Sadly, he preceded her in death.<\/p>\n
Stephanie was a dedicated homemaker.<\/p>\n
She was a very talented crafter and avid book reader. Stephanie had a great sense of humor and could light up the room.<\/p>\n
She is survived by her children, Anthony (Kathy) Montemurro; Carol Steinhoff and Linda Jorgensen; her sister, Annie Klem; her many loving nieces and nephews; and her grandchildren.<\/p>\n
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her two sons, Leonard and William Montemurro, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Jane, Rudy, Helen and Mildred.<\/p>\n
