Eugene \u201cPaul\u201d Russo, age 80 of Kenosha, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018, after a lengthy illness.<\/span><\/p>\n

He was the son of the late John S. and Adeline (Wolfe) Russo. <\/span><\/p>\n

On September 14, 1956 in Kenosha, he was united in marriage to Darlene Dase. <\/span><\/p>\n

Paul was employed and retired as a foreman at Tomasini Construction in Milwaukee. He previously worked for MAC Construction Company and Tirabassi Construction Company.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paul liked to collect war memorabilia and was an avid reader. He enjoyed the time he spent racing for the Badger Midget Racing Association. Paul loved telling jokes and was known for his dry sense of humor.<\/span><\/p>\n

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Darlene Russo; a daughter, Debra L. Russo; a son, Michael J. Russo; six grandchildren, Alexandra Dosemagen, Jared Bowen, Ian Dosemagen, India Dosemagen, Michael Ann Russo and Anthony \u201cA.J.\u201d Russo; three great-grandchildren, Gianna Aazami, Angelo Aazami and Aubrey Dosemagen and a granddaughter due any day; and a sister, Karen Russo.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Bowen; a sister, Juanita Soens; his son-in-law, Keith Dosemagen; his paternal grandparents, Salvatore and Lotti Russo and his maternal grandparents, Gustave and Pauline Wolfe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Funeral Services honoring Paul\u2019s life will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances would be appreciated.<\/span><\/p>\n
