Samuel Bobeck, age 93 of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 20, 2018.<\/p>\n
Born in Racine on September 30, 1925, he was the son of the late John and Mary (Churmney) Bobeck.\u00a0 He graduated from Park High School in 1944.<\/p>\n
On May 25, 1957, he was married to Anna M. Wilson.\u00a0 She preceded him in death in 2011.<\/p>\n
For 32 years, Sam was employed with AMC retiring in 1978, after 32 years of service.\u00a0 After his retirement, he was employed part time as a guard for Pinkerton Security Company.<\/p>\n
He was a member of the U.A.W. Local #72 Retirees, the Eagles Aerie #1055 \u2013 in Kenosha, and the former Kenasha Club.<\/p>\n
He was an avid sports enthusiast and cheered for the Brewers, the Bears and Northwestern.<\/p>\n
Sam is survived by his daughter-in-law, Julie Bobeck; his grandchildren, Cheryal (Stan) Keisler, Joseph G. Larsen, Jr., Todd-Michael Larsen, Ann Marie (Millie) Acosta-Larsen, Joseph Larsen, III, David (Kathy) Bobeck, Scott (Kathy) Bobeck, Kristen (James) Nauman and Brian (Kathy) Bobeck; and his great grandchildren.<\/p>\n
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anna on May 16, 2011; his son, David Bobeck on February 1, 1992; his brothers, Joseph and John Bobeck; his sister, Johana Scheble; his sister-in-law, Connie Bobeck and a step-daughter, Donna Lee McCoy.<\/p>\n
Funeral Services honoring Sam\u2019s life will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018. A Rite of Committal will take place at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of All Saints Mausoleum.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
