Sarah \u201cJane\u201d J. Hansen, age 74 of Kenosha, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at Hospice Alliance, Inc.\/Hospice House.<\/p>\n
Born in Holly Spring, MS on October 29, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Opal Patterson.<\/p>\n
In 1991, in Kenosha, she was united in marriage to Peter Hansen.<\/p>\n
Sarah was employed with American Motors\/Chrysler Corporation until her retirement.<\/p>\n
She was family oriented and always involved herself around them. Sarah loved the outdoors and she enjoyed fishing and camping; especially at Broken Bow in Minocqua. She will always be remembered as being very strong and funny. Sarah was always willing to lend a helping hand and open her home to many people.<\/p>\n
She is survived by her loving husband, Peter Hansen; her children, Norman (Sue) Lilley, Paula (Frank) Hart, Peter (Shane) Hansen, Terry (Kenny) Redlin and Donny (Kimmy) Hansen; her siblings, James D. \u201dButch\u201d (Theresa) Patterson and Douglas Hart; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.<\/p>\n
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Billy Dean Heatherly, Bobby Lee Patterson and Rex Patterson.<\/p>\n

Funeral Services honoring Sarah\u2019s life will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at the Piasecki Funeral Home, 3720 39th Avenue. Private interment will take place in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. A visitation for Sarah will be held on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
