Diane R. Harloff, age 71, of Kenosha, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at her home in Pleasant Prairie.<\/p>\n
Born in Evanston, IL on February 18, 1950, she was the daughter to the late Charles and Violet (Yehl) Ahrens.\u00a0 Diane was a graduate of Niles North High School.<\/p>\n
She was a member of St. Paul\u2019s Lutheran Church, where she was involved with various church groups and the choir.\u00a0 For 20 plus years, she bowled with the Church Fellowship Bowling League and on Tuesday mornings, she would enjoy spending time with the Senior Ladies Bowling League.\u00a0 Diane continually gave back to the community by volunteering at local elementary schools. She enjoyed cooking and baking with her grandson, Little Anthony, and was an avid reader.<\/p>\n
On December 26, 1980, she was united in marriage to Michael Harloff.\u00a0 Their union was blessed with 40 years of marriage.<\/p>\n
Diane was employed as a bank teller for Southport Bank, until her retirement in 2009.\u00a0 She also was employed with Bank One, First National Bank of Kenosha and Bell Federal Savings and Loan in Lincolnwood and Chicago, IL.<\/p>\n
She was many things to many people, a loving wife and mother, a supportive sister, a caring grandmother and a friend and kind neighbor.\u00a0 Diane is survived by her husband, Michael; her daughter, Vicki (Anthony) Wells; her grandson, Little Anthony; and her brother, Thomas Ahrens of Morton Grove, IL.<\/p>\n

A memorial service honoring Diane\u2019s life will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul\u2019s Lutheran Church, 8760-37th<\/sup> Avenue.<\/p>\n A gathering of relatives and friends will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.<\/p>\n Inurnment will be private.<\/p>\n In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to St. Paul\u2019s Lutheran Church, 8760-37th<\/sup> Ave, Kenosha, WI 53142 would be appreciated.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Diane R.
