Chelsea Marie Sladek, age 31, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.<\/p>\n
Born in Joliet, IL on September 24, 1991, she was the daughter of Larry and Kim (Shamberg) Sladek.\u00a0 She was a graduate of Kenosha East School and earned her Associates Degree in Veterinary Science from Fox College in IL.<\/p>\n
She was employed with Wisconsin Equine Clinic for 8 years.<\/p>\n
Chelsea was a member of the 4-H club growing up and was a plant enthusiast with a spectacular green thumb.\u00a0 She enjoyed riding and showing horses, was an active gym member and a supporter of donating blood.\u00a0 Chelsea was an avid Packer and Bucks fan; but most of all, she loved spending time with family and friends.<\/p>\n
She will be dearly missed by her parents, Larry and Kim Sladek; her siblings, Zachary and Kayla Sladek; her maternal grandma, Stella Shamberg, her aunts, uncles and cousins; the love of her life, Nick Rehbein and her best friend, Brittany Rothwell.<\/p>\n
Chelsea was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.<\/p>\n

Memorial services honoring Chelsea\u2019s life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 9, 2023 at the Piasecki Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave, Kenosha, WI.<\/p>\n

A gathering of relatives and friends will be held on Monday, January 9, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.<\/p>\n
