Ronald B. Richter Sr., age 86, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023, with his loving wife, Charlotte, by his side.<\/p>\n
He was born June 3, 1937 in Chicago IL to the late Henry and Madelon (Gorski Doll). He attended local schools and graduated from Maine High School.<\/p>\n
On January 25, 1958, he married Charlotte Dyson in Chicago. They were married for 65 years.<\/p>\n
He was employed with NCL Graphics retiring at 58 to escape the harsh winters of Chicago.\u00a0 He enjoyed golfing, fishing and most importantly, spending time with his family.<\/p>\n
Ronald is survived by his wife, Charlotte; his children, Cindy (Chris) Knupp, Ronald (Kim) Richter and Jim (Mary) Richter; his grandchildren, Jamie, Lori, Ryan, Sara, Matt, Mark, Megan and Emily; his great grandchildren, Madeline, Miles, Harper and Cooper and his sisters, Lois (Andrew) Macchia and Marilyn (Edward) Bakka.<\/p>\n

Memorial services honoring Ronald\u2019s life will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023.<\/p>\n
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick\u2019s Catholic Church, 15000 W. Wadsworth Rd., Wadsworth, IL 60083. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the church for Mass.<\/p>\n
Inurnment will follow in Millburn Cemetery, 18577 W. Millburn Rd., Mill Creek, IL 60083.<\/p>\n
A gathering of relatives and friends will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church.<\/p>\n
