Roger Wayne Lunsford, age 62 of Kenosha, WI, formerly of Waukegan, IL, died on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha.

Born in Rossville, Georgia, on August 4, 1954, he was a son of the late Carl and Audrey (Green) Lunsford.

Roger was employed with Commonwealth Edison for many years.

He attended the Prayer House Assembly of God; had a strong faith in God and loved his grandkids.

Roger enjoyed oil painting and had an interest in motorcycles and Corvettes.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Amy Lunsford of Kenosha, Kim Lunsford of Kenosha and Kelly (Jeremy) Tabbert of Bristol; his grandsons, Ryan, Bryce and Cole; a sister, Lillian (Raymond) Parrish of Racine; nieces, Audrey and Michelle; a nephew, Ray, Jr. and his former wife, Blanche Davey.

In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his sister, Teresa and a brother, Carl, Jr. both in infancy.

A memorial service honoring Roger’s life will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the Prayer House Assembly of God, 1525 24th Ave., Kenosha, WI.
