It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Marian Eileen Rasmussen, who left us peacefully on Monday, July 6, 2026, at the age of 96. She was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on June 8, 1930, to the late Arthur and Nell (Curphy) Edquist.

She found great joy in playing cards, feeding the birds, golfing, and spending cherished time with her family and friends.
Marian was a graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School. She dedicated her life to being a loving homemaker, selflessly caring for her family and creating a warm, welcoming home filled with love and laughter. In addition, she was employed by Dr. Creighton Office for many years. Her lively spirit will be dearly missed by her children, Thomas (Sue), Rasmussen, James (Terri) Rasmussen and Pamela Maerzke; her nine grandchildren and her 14 great grandchildren who will hold fast to their sweet memories of her.
