Lucille J. “Ma Coin” Gascoigne, age 81 of Kenosha, died on Saturday, February 21, 2015, at United Hospital System – St. Catherine’s Campus, with her family by her side.
Born in Racine on May 8, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Lula Ketchum. She attended Racine Schools.
She was united in marriage to Thomas C. Gascoigne, Sr. He preceded her in death on February 8, 1996.
She was a member of St. Matthew Episcopal Church.
Lucille was a proud homemaker who dedicated her life to her family and was proud of their many accomplishments. She enjoyed helping her sons at Coins Sports Bar and listening to the many bands that performed there.
She was a fan of Lenny Palmer on WLIP Radio and liked listening to music, scratch off lottery tickets and going to casinos.
Lucille touched many lives and will be remembered as being very compassionate and giving. Above all, her greatest love was her family.
Lucille will be remembered by her children, Pamela (Richard) Irving of GA, Kimberly (Stuart) Salituro, Jeffrey (Janet) Gascoigne, Timothy (Laura) Gascoigne, Sherry (Tih) Kobolson and Mark Gascoigne all of Kenosha; her sister, Ethel Prilaux of AZ; nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and her daughter-in-law, Diana Gascoigne of Kenosha.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Gascoigne; and a son, Thomas Gascoigne, Jr.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 11:00 at Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Avenue. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
