Jessica Venegas, age 42, passed away in Christ on Thursday, March 3, 2022.
Born on September 15,1979 in Waukegan, Illinois. She was the daughter of Lucila and Ricardo Venegas.
Jessica was a proud participant of Lakeside Curative Services in Racine, WI. Previous to that, she was a member of the Kenosha Achievement Center, a proud volunteer at Ascension Healthcare and a participant of the Wisconsin Special Olympics.
Jessica's greatest love was her family. She loved to travel to Puerto Rico and Mexico to spend time with her aunts, uncles and cousins. She was proud of her nephews and nieces and was the happiest when she was surrounded by them. Jessica was known for her heart, her laugh, her smile and love for music. She enjoyed attending local events in Kenosha, WI where there was live music, especially if Elvis was present.
Surviving Jessica is her mother, Lucila Venegas; her father, Ricardo Venegas; her brother, Christian (Shannon) Venegas; her sister, Janice (Carl) Hardwick; her nephews, Colton, Julian, Carson, and nieces Keagan and Raelyn.
Jessica was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Carmen Heredia Bonilla, Camilia Solache Venegas and her grandfathers, Anastacio Bonilla Miranda and Jose Maria Venegas Valencia.

A visitation for Jessica will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the Piasecki Funeral Home, 3720 39th Avenue, Kenosha, WI.
Funeral services honoring Jessica’s life will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at the funeral home.
Jessica will be peacefully laid to rest in Ponce, Puerto Rico at Las Mercedes Memorial Park.
