Charles B. Callahan, age 80 died on Friday, June 24, 2016 at United Hospital System – Kenosha Hospital Campus.

A lifelong resident of Kenosha, he was born on September 23, 1935 and was the son of the late Joseph and Amy (Rupp) Callahan.

On October 4, 1997 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, he was united in marriage to Nancy Kazin.

He was employed as a mechanical engineer with Martin Peterson Sheet Metal Company.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Callahan; his three children, Kelly Callahan, Katie (Todd) Thomas and Danny Callahan; nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; three brothers, two sisters; three step-children, Kim Kiraly, Linda (Jeffrey) Paasch and Jodi (Peter) Aiello; nine step-grandchildren; three step great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

A Memorial Service honoring Charles will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th ave., Kenosha, WI. Full military honors will follow the service.
