Billy W. Franks, age 82, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at his residence in Racine.
Born on May 7, 1939 in Tuscumbia, AL, he was the son of Ed Warren and Pearl Franks. From 1959-1961, Billy proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

Throughout the years, Billy worked as a Machine Operator at J.I. Case in Racine. Post retirement, he spent 10 years with Airflow Technologies.
Billy dedicated great efforts in grooming his yard. He took great pride in making it look gorgeous. He also loved football- the Dallas Cowboys and Alabama “Roll Tide”. Deborah Lenzing-BauerDear Ruby and Family, So, Sorry for your loss. I remember so many years ago, being at Aunt Hazel's home, you and Billy and family, would be there. Must have been a family picnic. I saw your daughter's name in a friend's post. From that post on a Aquaduck member. Made me think of you and your family, I now wish I would have tried to request a friend, from your daughter. I did ask family - James Allred, said Ruby mother and our grandma Ada Allred were sisters. Would enjoy talked to you, 262-884-4445, just leave a message.
