Kimberly Sherwood brings compassion, empathy and a deep sense of purpose to her role as Assistant Office Manager at Piasecki Funeral Home. After experiencing significant personal loss in recent years, including the passing of her husband in 2024 and her mother in 2025, Kimberly understands firsthand the importance of kindness, support and meaningful connection during life’s most difficult moments.
These experiences have shaped her perspective and strengthened her commitment to helping others. Kimberly approaches each family with care and compassion, guided by her belief that everyone has a story and deserves to be treated with understanding and respect.
Originally from Racine, Kimberly moved to Union Grove in 2003. She is the proud mother of three sons, Tyler, Cade and Cooper. Tyler lives and works in the Milwaukee area, while Cade and Cooper are currently in high school. She also enjoys spending time with her two French bulldogs, Louie and Reggie.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys watching her sons play basketball, trying new restaurants, decorating her home and surrounding herself with flowers.
Kimberly became a Registered Nurse in 2004 and has experience in pediatrics and women and infants care. She continues to work at Medical Weightloss & Wellness, where she has been since 2014.
Through both her professional background and personal journey, Kimberly has found a renewed sense of purpose and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the families she serves at Piasecki Funeral Home.
