With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Edward Clark "Pops", a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Born on February 13, 1942, to the late Frank Clark and Agnes Mole.
He was a graduate of Warren Township High School. His quick wit and unwavering love and dedication to his family were unparalleled, evident in his every action and decision.
On May 11, 1963, he was united in marriage to Marie DeLoof at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Wadsworth, IL; they remained happily married for 62 years.
Edward was a self-employed school photographer for over 60 years. He enjoyed snowmobiling, golfing, horse back riding, camping and spending time with family.
Edward took pride in creating a welcoming home for his family, making countless memories that will be cherished for generations to come. Ed found true joy in spending time with his family at various sporting events, activities, and particularly the family home in Eagle River, WI.
He is survived by his daughters, Colette Erbach and Cheree Molitor; grandchildren, Tayler (Kayla), Trever (Kelly), and Tanner Erbach, Kelsey (Scott) Schmitt, and Kody (Kenedy) Molitor; and great-grandchildren Brayden and Braxton Erbach, and Breckyn and Billie Schmitt
In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Clark.
Ed's love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in eternal peace knowing that he has joined his true love once again.
Edward's family will be holding a private celebration of life.

13 de septiembre de 2025I am so sorry to hear that Mr. Clark passed. It doesn't feel right to call him by his first name. Growing up living so close to your family, and him dealing with my stubborn horse (Raindrop) have forged so many memories. He was always such a great person and I'm sure a wonderful grandfather.

21 de agosto de 2025Dear Clark Family:I first met ED Clark when he was chairman of the board of community Trust Credit Union , I met Marie at one of the many functions of the Credit Union. Christmas parties were always a hoot we had a great Board an staff still do.what a great man! Enjoy your memories!

We enjoyed their companionship for such a short time, but they truly were special to be around. Our prayers for the family in this time of grieving and as they move forward with their lives.
