Betty dedicated many years of her life as a compassionate case worker for the Kenosha County Department of Social Services. Her genuine concern for others and unwavering commitment to her work made a profound difference in the lives of those she served. Her legacy of care, empathy, and support will be cherished and remembered fondly by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched. abril 20, 2025I had the privilege of serving on the AFSCME Local 990 Executive Board with Betty in the 1980s. She was President of the local and a fierce advocate, protecting her members' rights to fair pay, benefits, and working conditions. She laid the groundwork and set a fine example for those who followed in her footsteps. I didn't know Betty outside of that capacity, but she was unforgettable.
