Ryan T. Knight, age 28, died on Thursday, November 27, 2014.
Ryan was born on June 18, 1986. He graduated from Tremper High School in 2005 and played for many hockey teams, including the Kenosha Komets, Fon Du Lac Bears and Team Wisconsin AAA. He also attended Arizona State University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Ryan was and will always be the light of our family, even as a child he made everyone laugh. He was a loving, kind, generous son, brother, uncle and friend. His passions were hockey, spending time with family and friends and teaching his nephew hilarious tricks to pull on others. Ryan was a free-spirit that was always ready to start a new adventure. He was the life of the party and made sure that everyone around him was having a good-time.
Ryan is survived by his parents, Debra (Terrence) Flatley of Renton, WA and Thomas (Anna) Knight of Kenosha; his sisters Celena Knight of Renton, WA, Mallary Flatley of Renton, WA, Jamie Flatley of Chicago, IL; his brothers, Cory and Kyle Quinn, both of Kenosha; and the light of his life, his nephew Jakob Cyril Knight of Renton, WA.
He is further survived by his grandparents, Cyril and Karen Morovits of Edgerton, WI; his great-grandmother, Anne Rowe of Prairie Du Chein, WI; as well as uncountable family and friends who will always love him dearly.
Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bob and Darlene “Corky” Knight.

Dan ColeI am very sorry for your loss. It can be hard for friends and family to find the right words to express at a time like this. Thankfully, we can always echo the comforting words that we read in the Bible. At Revelation 21:4 it tells us that the God of all comfort will soon do away with all suffering, sickness, tears, and death. Along with that promise and the one we read at John 5: 28, 29 we can have a solid hope for the future. Until then, may your loving memories bring you relief during this difficult time. Your family has my sincerest condolences.
