Charles E. Marcoe, age 71 of Kenosha, died doing what he loved, traveling on his motorcycle on Thursday, July 14, 2016 in Clinton, IN.
Born in Ironwood, MI on May 14, 1945, he was the son of the late LeRoy and Linda (Mattioli) Marcoe. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and furthered his education at Gateway Technical College.
Charles proudly served our country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
On December 26, 1966, he was united in marriage to Sue Greco.
He was employed with Ford Motor Company retiring in 2007 as a plant superintendent. Previously, Charles was employed with Eaton-Dynamatic Corporation and AMC/Chrysler Corporation.
Charles was a dedicated member of V.F.W. Post #1865 where he participated in many events. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Charles was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Charles will be remembered by his loving wife of 49 years, Sue Marcoe; his three children, Scott (Kim) Marcoe, Lee (Sheila) Marcoe and Donna (Alan Hanke) Barry; eight grandchildren, Leah, Charles, Scott, Olivia, Jim, Lauren, Lexi and Nolan; one great grandson and his best buddy, Tyler James; his brother, Thomas (Heidi) Marcoe: his half-sister, Lorna (Roger) Johnson; his half-brother, LeRoy Marcoe; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Joseph Camponeschi.

Funeral Services honoring Charles will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Avenue. Full Military Honors will follow the service.
