Paula M. Bienemann, age 90, of Racine, died on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 with her sons at her bedside.
Paula was born in Kenosha on February 18, 1927 to the late Paul and Natalie (Henry) Thomas.
She was united in marriage to Thomas J. Bienemann on April 19, 1952. Sadly, he preceded her in death on October 5, 1999.
She will be dearly missed by her two sons, Robert (Cynthia) and William (Yelena) Bienemann; six grandchildren, Theodore, Lauren, Gregory, Brianne, Brian, and Alexandra Bienemann; and three great-grandchildren, Theo Bienemann, Gianna Rogers, and Anne Bienemann.

Funeral services honoring Paula’s life will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 1525 Erie St. Racine. Interment will follow in St. James Cemetery, Kenosha.

Her family meant the world to her and she was alway so gracious and lovely. And she and Uncle Tom were so in love. It's like Jackie Kennedy's dying words to her kids..."Don't cry for me. She and Tom were long time neighbors of my parents, Keith and Celine Stewart, at Lake Shore Towers, and over the years I, too, made their acquaintance. They were always gracious. I know you will be comforted by many wonderful memories. My father passed away just before Tom. My Mom is now almost 97 and lives in an assisted living facility. I know she thinks very fondly of Paula.
