Lois PadeMy sincere condolences to the family for your loss. I met Moe when he owned the Lighthouse Studios and I stopped in one day to ask if he would be retiring in the near future. He asked me why I would ask that and I told him that if he did I wondered what he would do with his building. He then asked me if I was interested in the building, I said yes, and he said that he would then retire. We met a week later to talk about the details and I did purchase the building from him. He was so kind and concerned about me being able to handle everything. He was a very special man and I will never forget him.
