Leonard J. “Len” Lahey, age 74, of Kenosha, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at Brookside Care Center.
Born on January 21, 1943, in Wadsworth, IL, he was the son of the late James B. and Margaret (Clark) Lahey. He was a 1961 graduate of Warren Township High School, attended Western Illinois University and moved to Kenosha in 1968.
On July 13, 1963, he was united in marriage to Patricia A. Turpel at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Waukegan, IL. They were blessed with three children and 40 years of marriage before she preceded him in death on February 6, 2004.
Len was the owner and President of Lahey Reprographics and Supply, Inc., retiring in 2014.
He was active in various golf and cribbage leagues, enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a dedicated Chicago Cubs and Bears fan but nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He will be deeply missed by his three children, Bradley (Dace Bandere) Lahey, Deanna “Dee Dee” (Anthony) Savaglio and Christine (Paul) Tenuta; his sister, Phyllis (John) Elsbury; his brother, Richard (Pam) Lahey; five grandchildren, Sam, Max, Sophia, Hannah and Quinn and his faithful canine companion, Pokey.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Lahey.

In accordance with his wishes, private funeral services will be held, followed by private entombment in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
