Sgt Paul Wells III served with Andy in the Philippines from late 86 till late 87. He was a great guy, and despite the terrorists that were pretty much looking for us day and night, we made sure that we enjoyed ourselves. He was a great friend, and we had many laughs together when we were off duty. He was a very dedicated soldier for sure.
